Ok, I got it
Originally known as Geminii Majorettes, formed in September 1990 by Kaye and Terry, we became known as Phoenix Baton Twirlers on 4th October 2008. Although we've not yet competed as Phoenix, we have a very large collection of around 250 trophies which we earnt as Geminii, and we are hoping to continue this collection when we compete again.

Phoenix Baton Twirlers were originally run and trained by Kaye Ellenden and her two eldest daughters, Jaimee Tate and Stacey Rankine. Sadly, however, on the 15th August 2009, Kaye passed away just ten short hours after giving birth to her youngest child and first son, Jack Ellenden, who was born on the 14th.
After discussing their options between themselves and then close family and friends, Jaimee, 17, and Stacey, 16, decided to continue the troupe, both in memory of their mum, and also for themselves. With the help of troupe members and close family and friends, Phoenix resumed training on the 11th September 2009 and since then have been, Amelia Lennon, 18, has been appointed assistant trainer.

I would like to thank everyone who helped me and Jaimee keep Phoenix going. It's a lot of hard work and we wouldn't have been able to continue if it hadn't been for all the support and encouragement everyone has given us.
I would particularly like to thank Emma Gent, from Tri-Star Twirlers in Great Yarmouth, who has been incredibly helpful with keeping us updated on rule changes within S.A.M when we were unable to attend the meeting, offering to help out whereever she can, and texting me regularly checking that training is going well and hoping we're all coping okay. It's so lovely to know that we have the support not only from family and close friends but from other majorette troupes too, thank you so much.
